Version 1.0 · Published 3 September 2026 · Effective 1 October 2026
Brolyz is a financial social platform. These guidelines explain what is and is not acceptable on Brolyz. They apply to posts, comments, messages, profiles, usernames, and any other content you share. They sit alongside the Brolyz Terms of Use, which remain the binding agreement between you and Brolyz.
1. Respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, or target another person. Do not post content that attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, gender, or sexual orientation.
2. Do not impersonate
Do not pretend to be another person, business, or organisation. Usernames and profiles that impersonate or mislead may be changed, suspended, or transferred to the rightful party, as set out in Terms of Use sections 7 and 8.
3. Be honest about financial content
Brolyz is a place where people discuss markets and share trades. That carries responsibility:
- Do not present speculation as fact
- Do not promise or guarantee returns
- Do not coordinate to move the price of an asset, and do not promote pump-and-dump schemes
- Disclose it when you are paid to promote an asset or a project
No content on Brolyz is investment advice, and Brolyz does not endorse or verify what users post. See Terms of Use section 10.5.
4. Do not scam or defraud
Do not solicit funds under false pretences, phish for credentials, distribute malware, or promote fraudulent projects. Never share your password, recovery key, or one-time codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be Brolyz staff. Brolyz will never ask you for them.
5. Do not abuse the platform
Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with Brolyz. Do not operate multiple accounts to amplify content, evade a suspension, or obtain rewards. Do not exploit technical errors for unintended gain.
6. Respect intellectual property
Only post content you have the right to post. Do not use another party's trademarks or brand assets without authorisation, including Brolyz's own.
7. Keep unlawful and harmful content off the platform
Do not post content that is unlawful, that sexualises minors, that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or that encourages self-harm.
8. Reporting
Report content or accounts through the in-app report option, or email support@brolyz.com. Reports are reviewed and we act on verified violations.
9. What happens when guidelines are broken
Depending on severity and history, Brolyz may remove content, restrict a feature, require a username change, suspend an account, or terminate it. Where the law requires it, Brolyz cooperates with the relevant authorities. Account actions are set out in Terms of Use section 6.
If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support@brolyz.com.
