2.1. Brolyz Wallet & Financial Operations

Brolyz offers an integrated digital wallet (“Brolyz Wallet”) that enables eligible users to deposit supported digital assets, participate in Launchpad events, and, where applicable, perform in-app financial interactions. The custody of digital assets is securely provided through Fireblocks, while all technical infrastructure, settlement processes, and operational integrations between Brolyz and Fireblocks are developed and managed by Ortachain.

Use of the Brolyz Wallet is subject to additional rules and restrictions:

The Wallet is currently available only to users accessing the application in English.
Users located in the United States (US) and United Arab Emirates (UAE) are prohibited from using deposit, withdrawal, Launchpad, or any wallet-based features.
KYC verification, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and OTP confirmation are mandatory for all withdrawal operations and internal value transfers.
Users who deposit assets but fail to complete KYC and 2FA will not be able to withdraw or transfer funds.
These rules also apply to all upcoming wallet-based features, including tipping, subscriptions, and paid posts.

Certain features or services offered by Brolyz may require users to meet specific eligibility criteria, such as age or legal consent. Any such requirements will be clearly outlined in the terms governing those services.

Brolyz reserves the right to introduce age or other eligibility requirements in the future to enhance safety, responsibility, and legal compliance. Access to the Brolyz Wallet and all related financial features is limited to users who:

Users who do not meet these requirements may browse the platform but cannot deposit, withdraw, transfer assets, or participate in financial interactions.

Usernames must be between 6 and 20 characters long.
Usernames may contain only Latin letters (A–Z, a–z). Special characters from other languages (e.g., ı, ş, ü, ö, ç, ğ) are not supported.
Usernames may contain numbers but cannot start with a number.
Only dot (.) and underscore (_) are allowed as special characters.
Usernames cannot contain spaces.
Usernames are case-insensitive (e.g., Brolyz and brolyz are treated as the same).
Consecutive dots (..), consecutive underscores (__), or a combination of dot and underscore (. or .) cannot be used at the beginning or end of a username.

Impersonation Prohibited: The names of public figures cannot be used in usernames to impersonate or create misleading impressions of their identity.
Fan Accounts: If creating a fan account for a public figure, it must be clearly labeled (e.g., “[Artist Name] Fan Page”).
Violations: Deceptive or impersonating usernames may result in username changes, account suspension, or termination.

Respect for Rights: Content related to public figures must respect copyright, privacy, and personality rights.
