1. Overview
Brolyz is a SocialFi platform that provides infrastructure enabling third-party creators, game studios, and projects to offer digital assets — including non-fungible tokens (NFTs), in-game items, and other blockchain-based collectibles — to Brolyz users. Brolyz acts solely as a technology infrastructure provider and is not a party to any transaction between sellers and buyers.
2. Nature of Brolyz's Role
Brolyz provides the technical infrastructure for listing, discovery, and transaction facilitation. Brolyz does not:
- Own, create, or issue the digital assets listed by third parties
- Guarantee the value, utility, or future performance of any listed asset
- Act as a financial intermediary, broker, or custodian
- Endorse or verify the claims made by third-party sellers
All purchasing decisions are made solely at the user's own discretion and risk.
3. User Responsibilities
By participating in any digital asset transaction on Brolyz, you acknowledge that:
- You have independently evaluated the asset and the issuing party
- Digital assets, including NFTs, carry significant financial risk and may lose value
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; Brolyz cannot reverse completed transactions
- You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding digital asset ownership and taxation
4. Third-Party Seller Responsibilities
Third parties listing digital assets on Brolyz must:
- Provide accurate and complete descriptions of their assets and associated rights
- Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and securities regulations
- Honor any stated utility, perks, or access rights tied to the asset
- Not make misleading financial promises or guarantees of returns
Brolyz reserves the right to remove listings or suspend sellers that violate these requirements.
5. Payments and Fees
Transactions may be denominated in VSTR tokens, USDT, or other accepted currencies as specified per listing. Brolyz may collect a platform fee on completed transactions. All fee structures applicable to a specific sale will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
6. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Brolyz platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Brolyz does not recommend the purchase of any specific digital asset.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers are the responsibility of the parties involved. Brolyz may, at its sole discretion, assist in mediation but is under no obligation to do so and bears no liability for the outcome of any dispute.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brolyz's liability in connection with any third-party digital asset sale is limited to the platform fees collected from that specific transaction.
