Brolyz Wallet – Deposit, Withdraw & Transfer Rules
Brolyz offers a secure in-app wallet system where users can:
- Deposit supported assets (currently USDT, Ethereum Network),
- Track balances,
- Trade supported spot pairs through Brolyz Trade,
- Participate in Launchpad events,
- And, in the future, perform value-based interactions such as tipping, subscriptions, and paid posts.
This article explains how the wallet works, which rules apply, and what you must complete before you can use all wallet features.
1. Who Can Use the Brolyz Wallet?
The Brolyz Wallet is currently available only to users who use the application in English.
Due to regulatory requirements, the following regions cannot access wallet features:
- United States (US)
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Users located in these countries cannot deposit, withdraw, transfer assets, or participate in Launchpad events.
Feature-level restrictions differ. Brolyz Trade and Launchpad are additionally unavailable in the United Kingdom, and the Rewards Hub is unavailable in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Section 3.1 of the Terms of Use is the authoritative list.
2. Wallet Infrastructure – Ortachain & Fireblocks
The wallet system is powered by two main components:
2.1 Fireblocks – Secure Custody Layer
Brolyz uses Fireblocks’ enterprise-grade MPC infrastructure for secure digital asset custody. Your deposit address, fund security, and withdrawal processing are all protected through Fireblocks.
2.2 Ortachain – System Development & Settlement Layer
Ortachain is the engineering team responsible for building and operating the entire Brolyz wallet infrastructure. Ortachain manages:
- Wallet architecture and API integration,
- Deposit address creation,
- Internal ledger and account balance tracking,
- Internal transfer mechanisms,
- Settlements and reconciliation,
- Launchpad transaction processing,
- Communication and integration between Fireblocks and Brolyz.
Every wallet movement is verified and settled through Ortachain’s real-time accounting system, ensuring accuracy and platform-wide consistency.
2.3 Gibi Swap - Trading Layer
Brolyz Trade is powered by Gibi Swap, which provides execution for supported spot USDT pairs. Gibi Swap routes trade orders against available liquidity, supplies market pricing, and ensures that the supported pairs offered on Brolyz remain operational. Settlement of all executed trades is processed through Ortachain.
3. Deposits – Allowed, But With Conditions
You can deposit supported assets into Brolyz using your personal deposit address, which is secured through Fireblocks custody.
However, if you have not completed KYC and 2FA, then:
- You can deposit assets into your Brolyz Wallet,
- You can view your balance,
- But you cannot withdraw the deposited funds,
- And you cannot transfer them to another user.
Your funds remain safe but are kept in a locked state for outgoing use until verification is completed.
4. Withdrawals – KYC + 2FA + OTP Required
To withdraw assets from the Brolyz Wallet, you must complete all of the following:
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification,
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) activation,
- OTP (one-time password) confirmation during withdrawal.
These requirements protect you from unauthorized access and are required by the Brolyz Terms of Use and applicable regulatory standards.
Users who have not completed all three steps cannot withdraw any amount under any circumstances.
5. Internal Transfers, Trading & In-App Value Movements
Brolyz offers two categories of in-platform value activity, each with its own verification requirements: spot trading through Brolyz Trade, and internal value-based features such as transfers, tipping, subscriptions, and rewards.
5.1 Spot Trading (Brolyz Trade)
Eligible users can trade supported spot USDT pairs directly within the Brolyz application through Brolyz Trade.
To trade, a user must:
- Accept the Brolyz Trade Terms within the application. For more details read Trade Policy.
Trading does not require completed KYC, activated 2FA, or OTP verification. A user can deposit and trade with an unverified account.
However, any funds resulting from trading activity (including realized gains) remain in the user's wallet balance and cannot be withdrawn outside the platform until full withdrawal verification (KYC + 2FA + OTP) has been completed.
For full details, see the Brolyz Trade Policy.
5.2 Internal Value Transfers
Brolyz currently supports one internal value transfer: tipping. Users with a sufficient VSTR balance can send VSTR tips to Premium members. Sending and receiving tips does not require identity verification, 2FA, or OTP.
Brolyz does not support moving assets between Brolyz accounts. A withdrawal request that names a deposit address belonging to another Brolyz account is rejected. Withdrawals to addresses outside Brolyz are processed normally once the requirements in section 4 are met.
5.3 Rewards Hub Credits
Assets credited to your wallet through the Brolyz Rewards Hub are received without a separate verification step. Once credited, they follow the standard wallet rules in section 4: withdrawal requires completed KYC verification, activated 2FA, and OTP confirmation.
For details of the Rewards Hub itself, see the Rewards Hub Policy.
5.4 Future Features
Subscriptions, paid posts, and creator revenue flows are not yet available. Their rules will be published before they launch.
6. Launchpad Participation Requirements
Participating in a Launchpad event does not require KYC verification, 2FA, or OTP. Assets committed to a Launchpad event do not leave Brolyz: they are held against the offering and settled off-chain. If your participation is eligible, the allocated tokens are credited to your Brolyz Wallet. If it is not, the committed asset is returned to your wallet balance.
Because no value leaves Brolyz at this stage, no withdrawal verification is required. Verification is required only when you later withdraw assets from Brolyz, under section 4.
Additional restrictions apply. Launchpad is not available to users located in the United States, the United Kingdom, or the United Arab Emirates, and the application language must be set to English.
All Launchpad deposits, allocations, distributions, refunds, and settlement operations are processed through Ortachain's accounting and settlement layer.
7. Why These Rules Exist
Brolyz follows strict compliance and security standards. KYC, 2FA, and OTP protect users and the platform from:
- Unauthorized account access,
- Fraudulent or abusive activity,
- Regional and regulatory risks,
- Anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC violations,
- Incorrect or unverified settlements.
These protections also enable Brolyz and Ortachain to introduce new financial features safely and in line with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Frequently Asked Questions
8.1 Why can I deposit but not withdraw?
If you can see your balance but cannot withdraw, it means you have not yet completed KYC, 2FA, and OTP. Deposits are allowed beforehand, but outgoing transactions require full verification.
8.2 Can someone send me value if I am not verified?
Yes. You can receive VSTR tips and Rewards Hub rewards without completing identity verification. Verification is required only when you withdraw from Brolyz.
8.3 Which regions are restricted?
Due to regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements, wallet features are not available in the United States or the United Arab Emirates. Brolyz Trade and Launchpad are additionally unavailable in the United Kingdom, and the Rewards Hub is unavailable in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Section 3.1 of the Terms of Use is the authoritative list.
8.4 Can I send assets to another Brolyz user's wallet?
No. Brolyz does not support transfers between Brolyz accounts. A withdrawal to a deposit address belonging to another Brolyz account is rejected. Tipping is the only way to send value to another user, and it is limited to VSTR.
8.5 Who manages the wallet system?
Fireblocks secures asset custody, while Ortachain builds and operates the core wallet infrastructure, including settlement, reconciliation, and technical integrations with Brolyz.
