Brolyz Wallet – Deposit, Withdraw & Transfer Rules
Brolyz offers a secure in-app wallet system where users can:
- Deposit supported assets (currently USDT, Ethereum Network),
- Track balances,
- Participate in Launchpad events,
- And, in the future, perform value-based interactions such as tipping, subscriptions, and paid posts.
This article explains how the wallet works, which rules apply, and what you must complete before you can use all wallet features.
1. Who Can Use the Brolyz Wallet?
The Brolyz Wallet is currently available only to users who use the application in English.
Due to regulatory requirements, the following regions cannot access wallet features:
- United States (US)
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Users located in these countries cannot deposit, withdraw, transfer assets, or participate in Launchpad events.
2. Wallet Infrastructure – Ortachain & Fireblocks
The wallet system is powered by two main components:
2.1 Fireblocks – Secure Custody Layer
Brolyz uses Fireblocks’ enterprise-grade MPC infrastructure for secure digital asset custody. Your deposit address, fund security, and withdrawal processing are all protected through Fireblocks.
2.2 Ortachain – System Development & Settlement Layer
Ortachain is the engineering team responsible for building and operating the entire Brolyz wallet infrastructure. Ortachain manages:
- Wallet architecture and API integration,
- Deposit address creation,
- Internal ledger and account balance tracking,
- Internal transfer mechanisms,
- Settlements and reconciliation,
- Launchpad transaction processing,
- Communication and integration between Fireblocks and Brolyz.
Every wallet movement is verified and settled through Ortachain’s real-time accounting system, ensuring accuracy and platform-wide consistency.
3. Deposits – Allowed, But With Conditions
You can deposit supported assets into Brolyz using your personal deposit address, which is secured through Fireblocks custody.
However, if you have not completed KYC and 2FA, then:
- You can deposit assets into your Brolyz Wallet,
- You can view your balance,
- But you cannot withdraw the deposited funds,
- And you cannot transfer them to another user.
Your funds remain safe but are kept in a locked state for outgoing use until verification is completed.
4. Withdrawals – KYC + 2FA + OTP Required
To withdraw assets from the Brolyz Wallet, you must complete all of the following:
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification,
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) activation,
- OTP (one-time password) confirmation during withdrawal.
These requirements protect you from unauthorized access and are required by the Brolyz Terms of Use and applicable regulatory standards.
Users who have not completed all three steps cannot withdraw any amount under any circumstances.
5. Internal Transfers & In-App Value Movements
Brolyz will progressively introduce internal transfers and value-based features, including:
- Sending assets to another user,
- Tipping creators,
- Subscriptions,
- Unlocking paid posts,
- Creator rewards and revenue flows,
- Launchpad allocations and refunds.
To use any of these features, you must have:
- Completed KYC verification,
- Activated 2FA,
- Verified each action with OTP, where required.
Users who do not meet these requirements cannot send or receive value, even from verified users. This rule applies to all internal settlement flows and is enforced globally for compliance and fraud prevention.
6. Launchpad Participation Requirements
Users may participate in Brolyz Launchpad projects without completing KYC, 2FA, or OTP verification. However, any action involving withdrawals, refunds, transfers, or the use of allocated tokens or assets will require full verification, including:
- KYC verification for identity confirmation,
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for account protection,
- OTP confirmation for secure transaction approval.
This means that users can join, allocate funds, and participate in Launchpad events without prior verification, but cannot withdraw, transfer, or utilize their Launchpad-related assets until these verification steps are successfully completed.
Additional restrictions apply:
- Users located in the United States (US) or United Arab Emirates (UAE) cannot participate in any Launchpad offerings.
- The Brolyz application language must be set to English to access Launchpad features.
All Launchpad deposits, allocations, distributions, refunds, and settlement operations are processed through Ortachain’s accounting and settlement layer, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity.
7. Why These Rules Exist
Brolyz follows strict compliance and security standards. KYC, 2FA, and OTP protect users and the platform from:
- Unauthorized account access,
- Fraudulent or abusive activity,
- Regional and regulatory risks,
- Anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC violations,
- Incorrect or unverified settlements.
These protections also enable Brolyz and Ortachain to introduce new financial features safely and in line with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Frequently Asked Questions

8.2 Can someone send assets to me if I am not verified?
No. Both the sender and receiver must be fully verified. Unverified users cannot send or receive internal transfers.
8.3 Why are the US and UAE restricted?
Due to regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements, wallet and Launchpad features are not available to users located in the United States or the United Arab Emirates.
8.4 Who manages the wallet system?
