The Brolyz Rewards Hub lets eligible users collect Diamonds and use them to open Chests that contain platform rewards. This article explains how the Rewards Hub works, who can use it, what the rewards are, and what rules apply.

This is a promotional feature operated by Brolyz. It is not a game of chance offered for a stake, not an investment product, and not a financial service.

1. Who Can Use the Rewards Hub

The Rewards Hub is available only to users accessing the Brolyz application in English. The Rewards Hub interface is provided in English in all regions.

Due to regulatory requirements, the Rewards Hub is not available to users located in:

• Belgium
• The Netherlands
• The United States (US)
• The United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• The United Kingdom (UK)

Users located in these regions cannot access the Rewards Hub, cannot claim Diamonds, and cannot open Chests.

Location determination. Brolyz determines a user's location from the IP address used to access the platform. Where a verified country is also on file and differs from the IP location, the more restrictive of the two applies. Identity verification is only required at withdrawal, so most Rewards Hub users have no verified country on file and the IP address is the primary signal. Attempting to bypass regional restrictions, including through the use of a VPN or proxy, is a violation of this Policy and of the Brolyz Terms of Use.

Age requirement. You must be at least 16 years old to use Brolyz and the Rewards Hub. This requirement applies across the platform and is set out in the Brolyz Terms of Use.

2. Diamonds

Diamonds are a promotional in-platform unit used solely to open Chests in the Rewards Hub.

Diamonds:

• Are not money, electronic money, a security, or a crypto asset
• Have no monetary value outside the Rewards Hub
• Cannot be purchased directly
• Cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for fiat currency, or converted into any other asset
• Cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another user or account
• Confer no ownership right or claim against Brolyz

2.1 How Diamonds Are Obtained

Daily claims must be made within the claim window. An unclaimed daily allocation does not carry over to the following day.

2.2 One-Time Premium Distribution

At launch, Brolyz will make a single distribution of Diamonds to users who held a Brolyz Premium membership before the Rewards Hub became available, calculated as 10 Diamonds per day of prior Premium membership.

This distribution is made once, at Brolyz's discretion, and is not a recurring entitlement. Accounts whose Premium purchases were reversed, charged back, or refunded are excluded from this distribution.

2.3 Expiry

Diamonds do not expire.

3. Chests

A Chest is a bundle of rewards opened using Diamonds. The contents of each Chest are determined at the moment of opening, within the published ranges and probabilities for that Chest type.

3.1 Published Odds

The full contents, value ranges, and probabilities for each Chest type are shown in the Chest information screen before you spend any Diamonds. Brolyz publishes these figures for every Chest type and updates them whenever they change.

The odds shown apply to a single Chest opening. Each opening is independent. Previous openings do not affect the outcome of the next one.

3.3 Opening a Chest

Opening a Chest deducts its price from your Diamond balance immediately. A Chest opening is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded once confirmed. The rewards revealed are credited to your account as described in section 4.

Brolyz does not guarantee any particular outcome from opening a Chest. Some rewards are rare and a user may open many Chests without receiving them.

4. Rewards and How They Are Credited

Chests may contain Diamonds, VSTR, ORTA, GIBI, or USDT, depending on the Chest type. The exact composition and probabilities are shown in the Chest information screen.

4.1 Verification Requirements

Claiming Diamonds and opening Chests do not require KYC verification, 2FA, or OTP.

Rewards credited to your Brolyz Wallet balance remain in your wallet and can be used within the platform. Withdrawing any asset from the Brolyz Wallet, including assets received from the Rewards Hub, requires completed KYC verification, activated 2FA, and OTP confirmation, as set out in the Wallet Policy.

Users who do not complete these steps can see their reward balance but cannot withdraw it.

4.2 Taxes

You are responsible for determining and meeting any tax or reporting obligations arising from rewards received through the Rewards Hub, under the laws of your jurisdiction. Brolyz does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or report on your behalf unless required by applicable law.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The Rewards Hub is intended for use by individual users acting for themselves. The following are prohibited:

• Operating more than one account to obtain additional Diamonds or rewards
• Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or headless browsers to claim Diamonds or open Chests
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to bypass regional restrictions
• Coordinating with other accounts to concentrate rewards
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing errors, or system failures to obtain unintended rewards
• Selling, buying, or transferring accounts, Diamonds, or reward entitlements
• Any activity intended to obtain rewards other than through normal use of the feature

5.1 Consequences

Where Brolyz identifies a violation of this section, Brolyz may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law:

• Cancel or reverse affected Diamond balances and rewards
• Reverse or freeze reward-derived assets in the wallet
• Suspend access to the Rewards Hub
• Suspend or terminate the account, in line with the Brolyz Terms of Use

Brolyz reviews reward activity for patterns consistent with abuse. Where a decision is made in error, users may contact support and Brolyz will review.

6. Changes to the Rewards Hub

The Rewards Hub is a promotional feature. Brolyz may, at any time and at its discretion:

• Change the daily Diamond amount, Chest prices, reward ranges, or probabilities
• Add, change, or remove Chest types
• Change eligibility, including the list of regions where the feature is available
• Suspend, pause, or discontinue the Rewards Hub entirely

Where a change materially reduces the value of Diamonds already held by users, Brolyz will provide advance notice through the channels set out in the Terms of Use section 13.2 and will state the effective date of the change.

If the Rewards Hub is discontinued, Brolyz will announce it in advance through the channels set out in the Terms of Use section 13.2. Diamonds are a promotional unit with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money or any other asset at any time, including on discontinuation, and Brolyz does not guarantee a period in which remaining Diamonds can still be used.

7. Account Closure, Suspension, and Regional Change

To operate the Rewards Hub, Brolyz processes:

• Your reward activity, including claims, Chest openings, and reward outcomes
• Your location, for the purpose of applying the regional restrictions in section 1
• Your account and Premium membership status, to determine eligibility

9. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I buy Diamonds?
No. Diamonds cannot be purchased. Premium members receive a daily allocation, and Chests return Diamonds as part of their contents.

Can I withdraw Diamonds or convert them to cash?
No. Diamonds only work inside the Rewards Hub. Rewards such as USDT and VSTR are credited to your Brolyz Wallet and follow the normal wallet rules.

Do I need Premium to use the Rewards Hub?
You can open the Rewards Hub without Premium, but the daily free Diamond claim is a Premium benefit. Without an active Premium membership you will not receive daily Diamonds.

What are the chances of getting a specific reward?
Every Chest shows its full contents and probabilities before you open it. Open the Chest information screen to see them.

I opened a Chest and did not get what I wanted. Can I get a refund?
No. Chest openings are final and cannot be reversed.

Why is the Rewards Hub not available in my country?
Due to regulatory requirements, the Rewards Hub is not offered in the regions listed in section 1.

Can I send Diamonds to a friend?
No. Diamonds are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

What happens to my Diamonds if I cancel Premium?
Diamonds you already hold remain in your balance. You will no longer receive the daily allocation.

10. Relation to the Brolyz Terms of Use and Wallet Policy

This Policy describes how the Rewards Hub operates. Use of the Rewards Hub is also governed by the Brolyz Terms of Use. Assets credited to your Brolyz Wallet through the Rewards Hub are governed by the Wallet Policy.

Where this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use prevail.

This Policy is written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only and the English version is the binding text.
